Information regarding the orders
The order is deemed to have been placed when you entered all required information into the checkout process, have placed the order, and received a confirmation e-mail on your registered email address.
The purchase contract is considered concluded with an e-mail containing the tracking information. Automatic messages sent by the system to confirm the placing of the order and / or the payment have no contract value.
The ownership right over the purchased products remains with Us until the moment when the amount related to the transaction is collected in the account of Illustration Studio C SRL.
We reserve the right not to honor orders and to notify customers accordingly within 2 working days of placing the order. Any amount transferred for an unfulfilled order will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the notification of rejection of the order.
Information regarding the price and the payment methods
The price of the purchased products and services can be covered in full or in part by gift cards, or in part by discount codes.
All orders will be processed in EUR. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the price of the delivery added at the check out.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All card payments are operated by a third-party company, NETOPIA Payments. No comission is added for the transaction. At the end of the check-out you will be redirected to a secured platform where you will have to add the card number, card expiration date, security code. Netopia accepts Visa (Classic și Electron) and MasterCard issued anywhere in the world.
Information on product delivery and delivery cost
We offer worldwide fast courier delivery (DHL, FedEx and DPD).
Delivery by courier on the Romanian territory, with order processing within 24-48 hours and delivery within 24 hours from shipment. During less crowded periods, if the order is placed before 11 am CET+1, the shipment may take place on the same day. For emergencies please contact us before placing your order. Returns and refund payments are accepted. Payment by bank transfer delays the processing and shipment of the order with the time required for the transfer. If you are in a hurry, to expedite processing and delivery, please send us proof of payment to contact@gruniceramica.com .
Cost of shipping
- National delivery is €6, free for orders above €40. Processing time 24-48 hours, delivery time 24 hours.
- EU (and Switzerland) delivery is €15, free for orders above €80. Processing time 24-48 hours, delivery time up to 3 days.
- USA and Canada delivery is €20, free for orders above €100. Processing time 24-48 hours, delivery time up to 5 days.
For orders that ship outside the EU customs and import taxes may apply. Buyers are responsible for these taxes as we do not collect VAT tax or other taxes. Shipping might be delayed because of customs.
Shipping and delivery times are valid for products in stock. For back-ordered products, the preparation for shipment will be made within approximately 10 working days from the payment of the order. After placing the order, you will be notified by e-mail of the time when the item enters production and the estimated delivery date.
Delivery by courier to any other country and region might be possible, please contact us at contact@gruniceramica.com to confirm and calculate your delivery costs.
Information regarding order cancellation, returns and refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
Orders that are placed but not paid for will be canceled after a week with a prior phone or e-mail notification.
Returns and refund payments are accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned in its original condition a full refund will be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you would like to return an item, please contact us in 14 days after receiving it and let us know that you would like to send it back.
Information regarding the description of the products
We continuously take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct and that all the photographs are accurate, however there might be slight differences due to the handmade nature of the products. We feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a flaw. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, especially stock and product descriptions might also, not always, reflect the reality. There might be a slight variation in color due to the screen you are visualizing our Website on and due to the photographing process.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us.
